Oak Doer established in Dec.,2007,we are located in Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province in China.Our company is a professional manufacturer and exporter that is concerned with the design,development and production of workwears(including jacket,pants,bibpants,shorts,overall,vest and so on), High visible uniforms,outdoors wears,knee pads,belts,caps/hats and other accessories.
In recent years,due to the summer hot weather led to workers engaged in outdoor heat stroke and even death events have occurred,causing serious damage to worker health and safety,has become a common concern of all sectors of society.
In Oak Doer,we maintaining the health and respect the rights of our employees,our employees are the company's most important asset, and crucial to the company’s success and results.We not only spend time to work well,but also need time to enjoy our daily life.In every hot summer,we will have a 7-days holiday for every employees in my company after finishment the first week working in August.
Now from 8th/Aug.,2022,we began our summer holiday.To provide the prompt service for customers,we take turns on holidays.We divide all members in my company into 3 groups,in each group,there is one person from each department,the first group members are in holiday now,the holiday will end on 29th/Aug.,2022.
Of course,our factory is our solid backing.We also have many high temperature measures and welfare for workers in my factory.Firstly,we prepare enough food for heatstroke prevention,watermelon,mung bean, ice cream and cool drinking,we distributed food each week to let workers use them at home,we also provide mung bean porridge during all working time.Secondly,we improved the working environment,we turn on air conditioning and air circulation system for more than 9 hours to let down the temperature before the workers arrive.Thirdly,we extend the noon break time by 1hour,and we have bus to pick up all the workers to our factory.At last,we have extra salary to ensure our timely delivery date.
